Terrible

Had a T1 and it conveniently stopped sealing my bags right after the warranty expired. So I was left with an expensive trash can that no longer sealed the bags for itself. DISAPPOINTING‼️👎🏾

Poor Quality control

I bought this item twice and the battery runs out quick and does not charge anymore. I tried returning both trash cans as they both have this issue and was denied and asked that i repair it. Really bad experience with the customer service. The product works well when charged.

Doesn’t last long

When I first got this product I was obsessed and i really felt like it was worth the buy so I bought it. Unfortunately after about a year and a half it randomly stopped working. I have no idea why it just will not charge. I would love to have another one but not willing to keep paying 143 dollars every year and a half to replace it.

Poor customer service, poor quality

Purchase at your own risk. Do not depend on Townew to provide support or customer service when you need it.I used it for only 2 weeks before the lid stopped working. I tried troubleshooting it per the instructions, but it did not fix the problem. I contacted the Townew customer service 3 times, on Amazon and on the Townew website. It has been 4 weeks, and I am still waiting to hear back from them.
